   Nope.  I've never heard anything like it before.  Neither has my wife.  The   
   closest is to "catch a bull by the tail" but if you do, then you're out of

   Ah, an interesting tale.  (Nasty pun intended.)  The moral(?) is probably a   
   cultural thing, and quite unique to your part of the world (would a Siberian   
   native know of the 'tail' tales?).
