      * Forwarded (from: ls_arrl) by Richard Webb using timEd 1.10.y2k+.       * Originally from Richard Webb (1:116/901) to all.       * Original dated: Thu Dec 09, 22:15              THis message also posted in emergcom ...              All who read and benefit from content here please note that       I have changed the automation which posts these multi-part       posts to allow larger input file sizes before a break.              PReviously I was breaking the text files themselves at 15k, now a break will       be caused if the text file exceeds 30k in size.              IF this causes problems for anybody's system please advise       either in the echo or via routed netmail and we'll set       things back the way they were.              From appearances of other posts which I was breaking up but       now are posted by others I don't note a problem being       reported elsewhere, so I'm going to assume that mail       processors throughout the net which handle posts in this       echo are not having difficulties. I want to make sure that       sysops have no problems however, and they and their users       who find carrying ls_arrl and emergcom useful don't       experience difficulties.              so, again, if you experience difficulties with the larger       post sizes for ARRL LEtter; ARRL Contest update; and the       Ares E-letter please advise and we'll roll back to the 15k       break points.              73 and best wishes for a happy safe holiday season, whether       your personal holiday be Christmas, Hanukah or the winter       solstice.                     Regards,        Richard       ___ timEd 1.10.y2k+        - Origin: (1:116/901)              --- timEd 1.10.y2k+        * Origin: (1:116/901)    |
