   IN the monthly and likewise on-demand daily archives sent out in file area   
   ECHOLIST is two folders called rules and descriptions.   
      
   The later contains ALL descriptions known from both the ELIST group and   
   BACKBONE where the later holds ALL Fido echos.   
      
   Of course it is up to a BBS programmer if they add the facility in to their   
   system to support descriptions and or rules to make them available to BBS   
   users.   
      
   The facility for descriptions has been running since the summer and was   
   announced here and in echo ECHOLIST.
