   Yes, I just received ELST2212.ZIP here a short time ago.   
      
   If you connect the ECHOLIST file area you'll get it at your BBS whenever it is   
   hatched. It contains BACKBONE.NA as well as full area descriptions like what   
   you see here in this area when moderators update the areas.   
      
   The archive also contains rules (when there is a rule file) and info on how to   
   add and maintain an echo area.
