   I'd talk to your boss node and check to see if the message is in his system.    
   If not, keep working your way up the SEEN-BY chain until you find a system   
   that does have the original message.  I do know you have been having an odd   
   issue with your feed (I've read it over in Vince's admin echo for his region   
   that I'm connected to since he and I have a direct connection for file   
   echoes).   
      
   I hope this might give you a place to start to figure out what's going on.
