   It was added for the backbone lists while I am undergoing testing for the   
   changes, so once coding is complete it will not appear on the ELIST reporting.   
      
   There might be some other echo areas over the next few weeks.   
      
   The backbone list will include all moderated areas as well as all other that   
   are available and technically active.
