   have you not kept up with the recent postings in FIDONEWS? it seems that one   
   system had a problem back in 2013 that many folks didn't realize had   
   happened... that system recently re-attached at least one system to a specific   
   echo and then re-tossed all their badmail... that resulted in old stuff from   
   the break being sent out as it should have been and that only because the   
   systems that were inadvertently disconnected and had reconnected before the   
   retoss...
