   First, note my comments in fn_sysop and elsewhere regarding   
   filtration.  I use no filtration whatsoever in echoes which   
   I moderate.  IT would be counterproductive, as I could not   
   moderate effectively were I to do so.   
      
   Even users that I've publicly stated are filtered in other   
   echoes might be welcome in an echo I'm responsible for, so   
   long as they stick to topics germane to the echo and conduct themselves as   
   reasonable thinking adult humans.  That   
   doesn't mean that I wouldn't be quick to ban them if they   
   step out of line however.
