   If I remember correctly, this was why Mike Ratledge made his XRS offline mail    
   reader submit replies in FidoNet compatible .PKTs, to be tossed by the    
   system's regular echomail processor.  I used XRS up until RemoteAccess 2.00    
   came out, when I converted virtually all of my message areas to JAM.  The    
   QMX/RAX door was never updated to support anything other than the classic    
   QuickBBS (Hudson) Message Base.
