   about 10 echos were crosslinked... it smells like a QWK networking problem...   
   likely restored configs that have old area numbers that no longer match the   
   areas numbers used on the system now... QWK uses area numbers, not tags...   
   this is also why you see some user posts in the wrong area from time to   
   time... especially when the system has added new areas and pushed the area   
   numbers around so they don't match up with the ones in the QWK packets...
