Hi All,   
      
   A new Echolist Report has been implemented and will be hatched out on the 15th    
   with existing files (look for EList40.Rpt). Hopefully everyone will find it    
   more readable! I also cleaned up all the extraneous garbage characters in all    
   fields in ALL echoes, though this is only reflected in the NEW v4.0 report.   
      
   Any inconsistencies should be reported to me ASAP plz. :)   
      
   Note: The new report marks the first phase of a new Echobase v4.0 re-write, as    
   EB v3.48 was abandoned by the author (no source) and therefore deprecated.    
   The Reporting and Maintenance modules are complete and the Mod Upd submission    
   module is under construction. :) Please be patient during this process.
