   Hi, Charles

Most likely, there are problems with the drivers. It is very doubtful that
   someone wrote drivers for this.
It may be possible to write the drivers b yourself.
I remember that I found a DOS emulator on Windows Mobile 6 and network support
was implemented there. It was called PocketDOS.
Android is not an operating system, it is a Google advertising platform. You
may need to replace Android with an operating system.
