   I also have done this within the past week, and he got back to me within a day   
   with keys to all his doors.  Was having trouble finding all the latest   
   versions of the doors themselves, emailed him again about it, and he sent me a   
   zip file with all the doors.  Truly excellent service that I am thankful for.
