   I see what Keith means now.  No, this will be part of WCNAV32.  Its   
   called HTML launching if there is no HTML support.  But the wcNAV32 browser   
   will have a HTML browser built-in so launching will be inherited.

   Could be investigated to see what can be done.  Auto Save into a   
   local drive file, but how to handle a recovery situation may be   
   complex.  If saving to a file is sufficient, then thats ok.   
   But how to give the layman the "ideal" there is something to   
   recover 'interactively', is another story for this version   
   of wcNav.
