   How many people have how many users still using wcNAV?  Are they using    
   the Nav, or just the nav clients from HTML?  Is it safe to assume now that a    
   16 bit Navigator isn't necessary any longer?  Would people get more use out    
   of a MAC Navigator, or some such?
