   Hi Hector!   
      
   I just downloaded and installed the Navigator for Windows 95/98.   
      
   My system is a Compaq Presario, 196 megs ram, and an internet connection   
   across my lan to a cable modem.   
      
   I entered your site address www.santronics.com into the connection   
   manager and used winsock for the connection.  I put in my user name and   
   password.  When I tried to log onto your system, I got "CONNECTION   
   REFUSED".  I believe I set it all up right.  Any ideas.   
      
   I then logged in with IE5 and came into the support site.  I went to get   
   into the message client, it said there was a new update.  It downloaded   
   okay, but on the unzip it gave me an error of 9.  I updated the other   
   clients with no problems.  Any ideas?
