   Okay. Their website has said that for years, and will probably continue to do   
   so. I've heard quite a few bad dealings with them over the past couple years,   
   though.   
      
   I also believe that Michael Preslar isn't developing LORD anymore, and hasn't   
   since 4.08 was released. I remember hearing something in the lines that   
   Gameport screwed him over 1) in his cut for continuing development, and 2)   
   wanted to charge him an outrageous price to buy out the source completely.   
      
   After that, he basically disappeared from BBSing altogether.   
      
   IMO, they're a squatter. They bought up a bunch of old stuff they have   
   absolutely no interest in in hopes that someone will pay them big bucks for it   
   some day. They will never continue development on it, that's for sure.
