Replying to a message of Matt Munson to All:               MM> Hello everybody.               MM> Would a dog breeder be liable to help pay for the costs of a hernia        MM> for a new puppy?              Assuming the puppy had the hernia while still at the breeder the breeder would       have       a moral responsibility. AFAIK there's no legal responsibility. Unless,       possibly, the       buyer took it immediately to a vet for an exam and found the hernia then.              --- FleetStreet 1.19+        * Origin: Bob's Boneyard, Emerson, Iowa (1:300/3)    |
