         Title: Pumpkin Carrot Swirl Bars

         2 c  All-purpose flour   
     2 1/4 ts Pumpkin pie spice   
         2 ts Baking powder   
         1 ts Baking soda   
         1 c  Granulated sugar   
       1/3 c  Butter; softened   
       1/2 c  Firm packed brown sugar   
         2 lg Eggs   
         2 lg Egg whites   
        15 oz LIBBY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin   
         1 c  Fine shredded carrot   
      
   MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------   
         4 oz Neufchâtel cream cheese   
       1/4 c  Granulated sugar   
         1 tb Milk   
       
     PREHEAT oven to 350ºF/175ºC. Grease 15 x 10-inch   
     jelly-roll pan.   
        
     COMBINE flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and baking   
     soda in small bowl. Beat granulated sugar, butter and   
     brown sugar in large mixer bowl until crumbly. Add eggs,   
     egg whites, pumpkin and carrot; beat until well blended.   
     Add flour mixture; mix well. Spread into prepared pan.   
     Drop teaspoonfuls of Cream Cheese Topping over batter;   
     swirl mixture with spoon.   
        
     BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in   
     center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire   
     rack. Store in covered container in refrigerator.   
        
     FOR CREAM CHEESE TOPPING: Combine light cream cheese,   
     granulated sugar and milk in small mixer bowl until   
     thoroughly blended.   
        
     Servings: 24   
        
     Total Fat 2g 3%, Saturated Fat 1g 6%, Cholesterol 15mg 5%,   
     Sodium 75mg 3%, Carbohydrates 13g 4%, Dietary Fiber 1g 2%,   
     Sugars 8g, Protein 1g
