Shape into 4        patties.                Heat 2 teaspoons oil in large nonstick skillet over        medium-high heat, swirling to coat bottom of pan. Cook        patties 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink        in center. Remove from heat and place on serving        platter; cover to keep warm.                Add remaining 2 teaspoons oil to pan residue in skillet.        Heat over medium-high heat and cook onions 4 minutes or        until beginning to richly brown, stirring frequently.        Stir in remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon        pepper.
