   I am sure they can.  I knoew PDMenu by Crazzy Larry's Online Art (Larry   
   Massengale) was written in WCX entirely.  Unfortunately, the last   
   communication I got from Larry via the Wildcat! Alumni group on Facebook   
   was that he had sold the source code to all of his stuff to some kid who   
   never continued development and he lost contact with him.  Otherwise,   
   his code would be an excellent example.
