I don't know if this helps or not but, lately, I have put the following:

   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.xyz
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.top
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.science
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.net.in
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.work
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.cricket
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.pics
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.webcam
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.link
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.edu
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.party
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.click
   reject if %RPD% in *opt*.review

   in my wcSapFilter.txt.

I have been saving thousands of spam email addys for some time now and have
been putting them in the badrcpt.txt in the WC5/DATA folder.

The same spam email addys are reoccuring in the .party, .click, and .review
   domains.
