   Additional information.   The timeouts occur exactly 3 minutes after    
   the SSL connection is made.   I've checked the ini file for WCSSL and    
   wcsmtp has a 5 minute default timeout.   I've moved it up to 10    
   minutes.   I'm wondering where else there is a 3 minute or 180 second    
   timeout that can be increased.  I can't seem to find one.
