One of my grandfathers was born in an area that was a German principality
   prior to WWI.

He came to America with several of his cousins and some others because the
German Army began conscription and he didn't want to be IN the German Army.

Does that make `him' responsible for WWI? Or the fact that Germany `lost'?

I do not live in Florida, have only visited the state a few times, and have
no way of verifying that claim. Either there's a lot more TO that than you're
telling, or you've misconstrued (again) something you read about.

That silly story is all over the web. There's plenty of time between now and
November, 2016. Anyone who hasn't obtained a photo ID before then wasn't
   really trying.

   It ain't all that complicated!
