   US Capitol Police Chief Kim Dine criticized comments made in   
   a newsletter, which claimed Minister Louis Farrakhan had incited   
   violence in the past, meeting with and issuing an apology to   
   Farrakhan and his staff on Friday.   
      
   That is what everybody can believe based on media reports.

   The US Capitol Police Chief apologized to the Nation of Islam   
   leader, not the other way around.
