       With all the BS talk about democrats wanting immigration reform        to get new voters who will vote democratic, one thing seem to        be left out.               I had forgotten, it is the states that decide who gets to vote.        When it comes to race, age and sex, it's in the constitution. Other        than that, I do believe it is the states who decide who gets to        vote.               So, the republican states could let favorable groups vote, even        though they aren't citizens. And block those who are.
