   Hello Everybody,

This was originally posted in the FIDONEWS echo, but is
an excellent topic for discussion in this forum, especially
   given current events -

Why is it Adolf Hitler always gets a bad rap? Why is it
that Germans are blamed for having started not one, but two
worldwide conflicts? When one takes off the blinders that
have prejudiced their views, the truth of the matter comes
striking home like a sledge hammer -

   "Did Hitler Want War?"

Note the striking parallels between what happened in 1939
and what is happening today in Ukraine, Crimea, and Russia.

Then ask yourselves the question -

   "Does Putin Want War?"

Seems to me our Russian friend Alexander K. was right.

According to Pat Buchanan, it was the British who wanted war,
not Hitler. Which is exactly why Poland refused to negotiate
   with Germany.

Why would Ukraine negotiate with Russia if the same sort of
back room deal was made as was done between England and Poland
   just prior to WWII?

Adolf Hitler is no mass murderer any more than is Vladimir Putin.

And I never even mentioned Josef Stalin, Chairman Mao, or Pol Pot.
