|    Japanese Common Sense 1/    |
|    18 Jul 13 14:54:00    |
Hello Bob,              >LL>Hello Everybody,              BK>I'd bet you didn't know this is another fake email rant.              How could it have been fake? The fellow who sent it to me is       a retired military veteran, a veteran who served at our base in       Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Certainly he would never       lie to me.              >LL>The Land of the Rising Sun is filled with wonderful people,       >LL>a people who deserve far more credit than what they have       >LL>received. For example, during WWII, the Japanese people       >LL>gave refuge to many Jews, thus saving them from certain       >LL>death at the hands of the Nazis. This is the sense of              BK>Though much of it was for the benefit of the Japanese, plus       BK>they just didn't feel like going out of their way for the Germans.              That is not true. Japanese soldiers loved young German frauleins.       So did Japanese officers. The problem was due to being on opposite       sides of the Earth. As such, Japanese officers and soldiers had       to settle for comfort girls from Asia rather than Europe/USA.              >LL>decency that all peoples such strive for, regardless of       >LL>nationality or ethnicity. Why did the Japanese choose to              BK>Which was displayed by a Japanese diplomat in Lithiuania,       BK>who helped as many as 10,000 escape. He lost his job with the       BK>diplomatic corps. OTOH, he was a Christian.              You do realize that over 99 percent of the people in Lithuania       have blue eyes. And most, if not all, of those Jews had brown       eyes. As you know, there are no Japanese with blue eyes. As       such, the Japanese diplomat had a duty and an obligation to       save his own people from harm.              One other thing you should note -              Jesus and his female companion are buried in Japan. The site       is worshipped by travelers from around the world. More on that       in a separate message.              >LL>help the Jews when so many others (including Americans)       >LL>chose otherwise? Maybe, just maybe, it had something to do       >LL>with religion? Or at the very least a sense of human       >LL>decency. The following is an email I received this       >LL>morning. Read it. And try to understand, as each and every       >LL>one of us should very much approve what has been written.              BK>A sense of human decency? By those who considered raping a woman to death       BK>an appropriate punishment? By those who forced women into prostitution for       BK>the benefit of their troops? By those who murdered thousands to hundreds       BK>of thousands?              Who says all Japanese soldiers and officers were bad/evil people?       We demonized the Japanese because there was a war going on. We also       demonized Hitler and his Nazis for the very same reason. Whereas       we may have been right about Hitler being some kind of monster,       soldiering is an honorable profession, regardless of what country       a soldier is from.              We claim that Japanese soldiers desecrated the bodies of their       enemies, taking "souvenirs" as their personal possessions. What       we fail to mention is that our own soldiers did the very same       thing. There are other atrocities of war we blame the Japanese       for, while hiding what we did ourselves.              There are no innocents in war. Not only those who have fought those       wars, but also those who have egged them on. We are all guilty of being       participants in war, either directly or indirectly.              There is no justice in this world. Nor will there ever be.              >LL>Japan              >LL>NEVER KNEW THIS ABOUT JAPAN ...              >LL>Have you ever read in the newspaper that a political leader       >LL>or a prime minister from an Islamic nation has visited       >LL>Japan?              BK>Has anyone ever cared? Since there are more Muslims in Asia       BK>than there are Arab Muslims, I suspect a lot of Muslim Prime       BK>Ministers have visited Japan.              You forget about the Muslim concept of da'wa. There are two sides       of Islam - a political side and a religious side. The political side       is for Muslims participating with others who are outside of their faith.       The religious side is for Muslims only. Since the goal of Islam is for       Muslims to have total world domination, then it is okay for Muslims to       use whatever methods they can think of to convert others to Islam. It       should be noted that Muslims are not limited to the "Convert or die!"       method.              >>> Continued to next message               * SLMR 2.1a * Why not whip the teacher when the pupil misbehaves?              --- Maximus 3.01        * Origin: Xaragmata / Adelaide SA telnet://xaragmata.mooo.com (3:800/432)    |
