   A conversation was overheard between Professor Bill Burton   
   and The Bitch (Sir Elton John's term) Who Will Not Be Named   
   in the FN_SYSOP echo -   
      
   Professor Bill: I agree all "sysops need to get togetehr and   
   rewrite our governing rules. ... I guess my main question here   
   is to get a node number isn't a Sysop required to read and abide   
   by the rules that are in the existing policy?  That is what I   
   require my new nodes to do."   
      
   The Bitch: "Yes, they are."   
      
   Professor Bill: "Thanks, Bitch [sic].  I appreciate the clarification."

   Since the Bitch (yes, Fido is a female dog, at least according to   
   Frank Vest) has declared that all sysops must read and abide by P4,   
   does that mean those who refuse to read and/or abide by P4 will have   
   their node revoked?  Of course not!  As Sir Elton John sang so long   
   ago, "The Bitch Is Back!" - above the law, and free to do whatever   
   the hell it wants!  The same with the Bitch's lapdogs and underlings,   
   the Bitch's favorite pets.
