    The Sistine Chapel is very old. It's a matter of accumulation.   
    After all, old art was not old when it was done. Michaelangelo   
    was not a great artist of long ago when he painted that ceiling.

    Benedict resigned because his health is failing. I would not be   
    surprised if he doesn't survive very long. Or becomes disabled   
    and survives longer than he would like.
