   BK>They "KNEW" their wives. Where those wives came from is not
   BK>explained.

   Their "wives" could have been each other. Cain and Abel were
   brothers, but they could also just as well have been sisters.
   We really do not know what sex they were, given there are five
   sexes of man -

   * male
   * female
   * pseudo hermaphrodite
   * true permaphrodite
   * eunuchs

   We can probably rule out eunuchs, since that would negate
   any possibility of making babies. Since the Bible depicts
   Cain and Abel as being brothers, they could not have been
   female. Since Cain offed Abel, then Cain could not have
   been male, although Abel might have been. Do understand
   the difference. A male needs to mate with a female or a
   hermaphrodite in order to make a baby. That means Cain
   must have been a true hermaphrodite, having the capability
   to get himself pregnant.

   The Bible tells us that God placed a mark on Cain and
   sent him away to another city or place. It was a very
   special mark, a mark that Cain needed for protection.
   But who was God protecting Cain from? The Bible does
   not say ...

   BK>Maybe Von Danikan had something going after all.

   Erich von D„niken says he is a practicing Catholic.
   However, he questions much of what is in the Bible.
   Or rather, the interpretation of what is in the
   Bible. I have most of his books, and he talks at
   great length about this subject. His theories are
   a lot sounder than most people think ...

   Erich von D„niken cites the book of Genesis, with
   Fallen Angels and the Nephilim. Who were they?
   Where did they come from? Were they aliens from
   outer space who mated with females from Earth?
   Did they create a new race of beings that were
   an abomination to God? Was this the reason for
   the flood, of which only Noah and his family
   were allowed to escape?

   Another example he gives is Ezekiel's description
   of a spaceship. He had scientists and engineers analyze
   that section in order to find an explanation of what
   Ezekiel had seen. And it was most definitely a spaceship.

   Another example he gives is "giants in the Earth" -
   which Joshua and his warriors were at war with.
   The Bible gives the exact number of those creatures.
   Joshua and the battle of Jericho was about ridding
   the Earth of that damnation.

   And that's just some of the Biblical questions he has.
   Most of his research is in the sciences, especially
   archeaology. However, one of the few places he has
   not been (to the best of my knowledge) is Poverty Point,
   Louisiana. Did you know that those ancient remains
   are an exact duplicate (in minitiature) of what
   Plato described as Atlantis? Archaeologists have
   only unearthed a bare fraction of the site, a mere
   one percent at best. What mysteries will be found
   there? When Atlantis slipped into the sea, did
   the survivors of Atlantis make their new home to
   be Louisiana?

   Mankind in its modern form has been around for the
   past 50,000 years. We have progressed in many ways,
   especially in the past two hundred years, but our
   hardware is stuck in a rut remaining the same.

   With DNA splicing and other technological marvels,
   scientists might give mankind that hardware upgrade.
   This new man could well become the new Nephilim.
   Only this time, there will be no Joshua to purge
   the Earth ...
