Hello Matt,              MM>Middle America still likes Leno. That is why the ratings are still       MM>good.              Last night on "The Last Word" (MSNBC) actor/comedian Martin Short       commented about the ratings of late night television shows such as       Letterman, Leno, Fallon, etc. The ratings of all those shows are       very close, the difference between #1 and #5 being negligible.       IOW, they are all around #1, with no late night show being dominant.       Jay Leno has been very loyal to NBC, sticking with that network       for 22 years. He will not be crying when he walks off the stage,       as NBC has been very kind to him and will be in his retirement.              Martin Short is the latest comedian to endorse Steven Colbert's       sister for Congress. Will Jay Leno soon follow? And David Letterman?       And Jimmy Fallon? We must wait and see ...              --Lee              --- MesNews/1.06.00.00-gb        * Origin: news://felten.yi.org (2:203/2)    |
