       Why are YOU posting to Tim Richardson?  You are A) encouraging replies,   
   which are only more opportunities for those you're punishing (the people who   
   haven't done anything wrong) to reply to his replies, which you're allegedly   
   against, and B) showing yourself to be somebody who doesn't understand the   
   concept of leading by example or not engaging in hypocricy, both of which are   
   essential to proper leadership.   
       This doesn't even begin to bring into question another point, namely, why   
   should anybody follow your rules if nobody is going to ACTUALLY be banned, and   
   they're still free to bait and attack you, if nobody else?
