   They do have a long history of that, but since the Feds took over one of worse   
   areas, it seems to have died down a bit.  This is an internal thing. This guy   
   feels he was fired without a proper hearing, thus the rampage.

   Still on the run as of this morning.  Guy is an ex-seal so has been trained in   
   avoiding capture etc.  Also rated as marksman with pistol and rifle.  I expect
