    Every shooting by a cop leads to the cop being off the street,   
    and an investigation. OTOH, that's not all bad, and some places   
    the cop has to see a therapist. Killing someone is disturbing to   
    any decent person, even if the person deserved it.   
      
    That's the disgusting part of suicide by cop. Or turning in   
    front of a truck to commit suicide. You leave some innocent   
    person to live with the memory of killing someone.

    The cops in NYC who shot a man who killed someone, but hit 9   
    innocent bystanders in the process, will be a long time in   
    discussion.   
      
    Still, after all these years, I remember the Kent State   
    shootings. Two of the four victims killed were not even part of   
    the protest, the protesters were on a hill, and the bullets went   
    over the hill and hit people on the other side.
