    Indeed. If the legal system won't even take them off the street,   
    how would you expect the legal system to execute them which   
    costs a lot more money?   
      
    When we watch the car chase shows on the reality cop videos my   
    wife always roots for the trees or abutments when they are   
    chasing a DUI. A good friend of hers was killed by one.
