    Note that what you now say is *NOT* what we were discussing   
    before. I never said they would have no effect, I said they   
    would not discourage him if he was insane. I also said I did not   
    believe you were using the legal definition of insane, which you   
    did not deny.   
      
    I responded in the belief that you meant mentally unable to   
    control himself, an irrational person. That is not saying armed   
    teachers would have no effect. In fact, I did say it would be   
    ok, but with police level training, not minimal gun handling   
    training.
