   Armed teachers were not able to stop the two shooters at Columbine   
   High School.  An armed SWAT team was not able to stop a shooter at   
   Virginia Tech University.  I seriously doubt that arming teachers   
   would have prevented the shooter from doing what he did at Sandy   
   Hook Elementary.  In fact, arming teachers presents another problem   
   that most folks fail to realize.  What happens when a student gets   
   upset with a teacher and swipes the teacher's gun?

   attacker also survived, but is not expected to be alive much longer   
   as Chinese justice runs its course.
