    That, Frank, if the mantra of the Grove Norquist army. I believe   
    every republican in the house signed that pledge, if not all   
    then most, and Norquist's plan is for social security, medicare,   
    and medicaid and every other program that helps the elderly and   
    the poor go be abolished.   
      
    Since I officially joined the elderly last month, I want   
    Norquist drowned in the bathtub he prescribed for the federal
