    authorizing me to do so.   
      
    However, nothing you said is true. Reread the rules, which were   
    recently posted. There is no such rule in this echo. Moderators   
    have ruled against discussing people who are not here as a   
    matter of course, but it is not in the rules that you cannot   
    mention the name of someone who is banned.   
      
    And there is a rule against making claims about the rules using   
    false statements. So, you can't even abide by the rules when you   
    try to push your way back in.
