    They aren't withholding them, you can get them for $10.

    Actually I have not yet found his honorable discharge. All there   
    is found is his DD214 from the TANG. That is a seperation from   
    the TANG, not a discharge of his service obligation. He had a 6   
    year obligation. You don't get an honorable discharge until that   
    is done.

    I don't mind them dodging the draft, a lot of men did that. I do
