   Employers in Louisiana do not need a reason to fire someone.  If   
   employers do give a reason, it is usually a good reason.  Not always,   
   as employees do have some rights.  Which is why many employers do   
   not bother giving a reason.  Other states, especially in the South,   
   have similar practices.
