    It does happen, esp when they start out in a hole in the wall   
    and build up. However, it's more often the near poor to the   
    middle class. Not often the rich.   
      
    A few years back a study of the Fortune 500 was published. If   
    found the entire Fortune 500 had not created a net gain of one   
    single job in a decade or more.   
      
    Not in this country anyway. They weren't concerned about China.
