   Did he?  Did he really?   
   According to Jack Welch he did -   
      
   "Unbelievable jobs numbers ... these Chicago guys   
   will do anything ... can't debate so change numbers."   
   - Jack Welch, 10/5/2012, tweeting about the fixed   
   jobs report by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)   
      
   Two months ago the number of unemployed in the USA   
   was at 8.3% - and now the BLS says in its latest report   
   that those numbers are now at 7.8%.  Great news for   
   President Barack Obama, coming one day after his   
   disastrous debate attempt with Mitt Romney and one   
   month before the presidential election.   
      
   8.3%  July report announced in August, two months ago   
   8.1%  August report announced in September, one month ago   
   7.8%  September report announced October 5, the day after debate   
   -???- October report to be announced November 2, just before election   
      
   Imagine that.  A 6% improvement in 60 days.  If the trend   
   continues it might even reach 10% improvement by election day.   
   And who knows how much more of an improvement by year's end?   
   And then, upon re-election, full employment within a year with   
   nobody out of work. Don't laugh.  It could happen.

   At that point, everybody in America will take the entire
