    Not *exactly*. You have the right to marry someone who appeals   
    to you. To have *exactly* the same rights they would have to   
    have the right to marry someone who appeals to them.   
      
    Since, generally, it's a bad idea for a gay to marry a straight,   
    harmful to the straight person as well as the gay person, it's   
    not a good idea.
