    Frank, the WSJ is a right wing rag owned by Rupert Murdoch. The   
    National Association of Business Economists is made up of those   
    who work for business, and have no reason to favor Obama. They   
    have to produce for the private sector.

    The banks were not offering refinancing. If there was any   
    significant risk they most certainly would not have even   
    considered it.
