   The smiley was totally inappropriate, as the vote itself was   
   unconstitutional.  After all, presidential elections are actually   
   50 state elections plus one municipal election, the popular votes   
   used to elect electors to the electoral college, the US Supreme   
   Court excluded.   
      
   OTOH, msybe it's not a bad idea after all to have presidential   
   contests decided by only those nine justices of the Supreme Court.   
   Just think of all the television ads the American people would no   
   longer be forced to watch...
