   I was inaccurate here. Julia entered Russia when her Russian foreign   
   passport was _valid_. It expired just a week before she wanted left   
   Russia. That's makes the situation even more ugly. Julia lives in the   
   US, but Russian foreign passport is needed to represent a Russian   
   citizen abroad. But what kind of representation Julia needed when she   
   has been living in the US for 15 years and has an American passport in   
   her pocket?   
      
   Soon will be a month of her desperate struggling to return to her home.   
   And if Russian and Americans bureaucrats could display some humanity   
   Julia could have been at home long ago.
