    Which are you calling a fib? It is obviously true that many get   
    restricted access to health care, since when they go to an ER   
    all the hospital has to do is stabilize them and prepare them   
    for discharge.   
      
    It is obviously true that every other industrialize country in   
    the world provides medical care for all at a much lower cost
