    You don't get insurance for food or shelter, do you? Other than   
    the destruction of your shelter. Medical insurance is to pay for   
    what you should have, but usually don't need everyday, and what   
    will cost more than you could ever afford unless you are very   
    rich.   
      
    When you can't afford food or shelter the private sector does   
    zip for you, you either get help from the government, or you   
    sleep on the streets.
